This application is capable of quickly encoding all of your video files into x265 format with anywhere from 20% to 97% file savings, without much or any noticeable loss in quality. It automatically determines the best settings for encoding based on the video, and is capable of removing any non-English audio or subtitles if those are bloating your files.
