Changes

• Upload a catalog file. Have a catalog as a .json file instead of an address? Open the library on your phone or computer, go to Settings → Catalogs and press Upload a catalog file. The file (up to 30 MB) is kept on the console and read like any other catalog; its line says Uploaded file. Uploading a file with the same name again replaces it, and a file without games leaves the uploaded catalog as it was. Remove deletes the file as well. A Pegasus source list uploaded this way adds the catalogs it names.
• The Store says when only homebrew is listed. PS5 Library comes without games, and with only the built-in PS5 Homebrew catalog the Store showed a row of apps and nothing else. The Store and Browse now say so, with an Add a catalog button that opens Settings → Catalogs.

Validation

All 68 integration checks (one new: an uploaded catalog file is stored, read, replaced by an upload of the same name, refused when it has no games and deleted with its catalog), 16 UI checks (one new: the homebrew note and an uploaded catalog's line), the 14 archive checks, the 4 browser checks and the 30 expired-part checks passed. Two PS5 builds from scratch are byte-identical, and the relink bundle builds a payload byte-identical to ps5-library.elf.

Before publishing, a PS5 on firmware 13.60 ran this exact payload: a test catalog uploaded the way the page sends it was stored on the console and its items appeared in the Store; an upload of the same name replaced it; a file without games was refused and the uploaded catalog stayed as it was; an 8.1 MB catalog with 4,000 items uploaded and appeared; removing both deleted their files, and the download queue was unchanged (17 of 17 checks).

Third-party notices

This release uses 7-Zip 26.04 by Igor Pavlov, including its RAR decoder. The applicable LGPL notices and unRAR restriction, the corresponding decoder sources with local changes, and application objects and instructions for relinking are in ps5-library-0.7.39-archive-relink.tar.gz. The payload built from that bundle is byte-identical to ps5-library.elf. This supplementary asset is for developers; it is not needed to install or update the payload.

Load ps5-library.elf or update through Settings → Updates. Your catalogs, accounts and settings are kept. A download in progress pauses; Resume continues it.
