Improvements
- Added local platform capability surfaces for services that cannot work in a sideloaded Catalyst process: product queries, local authentication, cellular carrier data, payment sheets, NFC, device attestation and health data now report the documented "unavailable" state instead of leaving callbacks pending.
- Purchases, biometric success, attestations and health data are never simulated.
- Removed the launch-time development-toolchain warning. The app opens without Xcode or the Command Line Tools; project build commands still require the full toolchain.
- Cloud and account sign-in services remain local/no-op; no real integration was added.
Notes
- Existing app data is preserved.
- Some apps still need On-Demand Resources or DRM services that cannot be produced locally.
