Changed to remove certain cached lists when you close to taskbar to save memory.

Updated borderless popups to try to make sure W11 doesn't view them as full-screen (for game mode/do not disturb).

Created new function in "Foreign Rules" tab. When you open it, it loads a list of all rules created outside of Minimal Firewall. At first it should look like the Advanced Rules tab. But when you press the acknowledge button at the top, it removes everything in the list, and then next time you check it will only show you rules created after the last time you acknowledged them. The purpose is to make sure you did not install anything with admin privileges that created a rule behind your back.
To Install:
Recommend downloading the portable version and unzipping wherever you keep your portable apps (good option is C\Program Files\PORTABLE\Minimal Firewall, for example).
To Update:
If you already have the portable app installed, just unzip this release, and copy all of the contents into your current release (when the app is closed). Overwrite all the files. That way, it will keep the .json files which hold your settings.
