Fixed issues with the temporarily allow. The DoesRuleExist method was rewritten to be more robust. It now correctly checks all rule lists (Programs, Services, and Advanced). For temporary/advanced rules, it validates against both the rule's Status ("Allow") and its Direction property ("Inbound"/"Outbound") to ensure it is correctly identified.
Recommended to use the portable version, and just unzip it in a folder wherever you keep your portable apps.
The debug version is the same, but should give a crash log if you notice a crash on Windows 10.
