New version 2.0.0

What's changed:

• Tempo prices are now based on open data, not hard coded values
• Add lot of sensors for Tempo to get all color prices
• Add missing contract power options in config flow

🚨 BREAKING CHANGE:

The current price sensor has been renamed to allow several entries:
sensor.tarif_actuel_ttc will become sensor.tarif_actuel_[CONTRACT TYPE]_[CONTRACT POWER]kwh_tcc

For example: sensor.tarif_actuel_tempo_15kwh_ttc for a Tempo 15kWh contract.
