📝 Changelog

• Clear XGP Fog no longer crashes when Steam save path doesn't exist — the Game Pass fog clearing button now directly clears fog on the extracted save instead of calling the Steam-focused batch function, which crashed with a file-not-found error on Game Pass-only systems.
• DPI scaling fixed for Mac and small screens — window size now adapts to screen geometry (1280×800 to 4K) instead of a hardcoded 1448×800. QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY=PassThrough only applies on macOS to avoid blurry fractional scaling on Windows.
• README features summary table — a compact overview table at the top of the Features section so new visitors can quickly see what the tool does without reading 80+ bullet points. Added to all 9 language versions.
• Bumped version to 2.1.9
