🔧 Fixed: Minor issues

• Fixed: Scan Save Logger > Illegal Pal Logger being in wrong directories, caused by code restructure from previous update. It now has split from each others, making it easier on users to find them.
• Fixed: Illegal Pal Logger creation WILL not happen if there's no illegal pals to avoid any confusion.
• Fixed: .pst_venv was incorrectly named, when it should be pst_venv. Likely due to code restructure from previous update.
• Fixed: Generate map was placing the image to outside of the PST directory. It's NOW inside the root of PST.
• Fixed: All pal loggers, including dps/regular/illegal, now has matching structure and all are loading in-game names.
• Removed: NotoSansCJKsc-Regular.otf file as it's not being used anymore. This results in smaller PST!
