• gcloud: Authenticate with Google's google-cloud-auth crate and Application
  Default Credentials. GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS now accepts every ADC
  credential type, including impersonated_service_account and
  external_account. A missing or unparseable credentials file is an error.
  dbcrossbar no longer runs the gcloud CLI to obtain tokens. The
  GCLOUD_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_KEY / gcloud_service_account_key.json override is
  unchanged.
