Initial testing release for people having issues with the kernel32.dll swap method.

cachyos-10.0-20251015-slr - Enabled NTsync by default, can be disabled with
PROTON_NO_NTSYNC=1 - Backported some patches from upstream Wine to help with BPSR crashes
- Removed the problematic build flag for BPSR while we try to find an universal fix
- Added dxvk-gplasync, can be used with
PROTON_DXVK_GPLASYNC=1
