Added
- MOTIS is the default public-transport engine. Atlas now ships a selectable MOTIS 2.11.2 sidecar alongside OpenTripPlanner, normalizes both engines behind
GET /api/v1/transit, renders routed transfer geometry, and keeps the selected engine exclusive across the Settings UI, control plane and region-apply lifecycle. - The Services view can show the actual dataset coverage and provenance for each sidecar, including the staged OSM and GTFS inputs that will be used at the next apply.
- Directions draw route labels on the map and preserve a clear, accessible route summary while endpoints or travel mode change.
- Search and Places are unified into one map-aware workflow: optional category filters, category-only discovery, shareable URL state, full-dataset collection, map clusters and an explicit Show all action replace the former first-page-only search. The sidebar keeps 40 ranked suggestions while the map receives every collected match.
Changed
/api/v1/transitnow defaults to MOTIS for new installations. Existing installations retain their explicitly saved engine selection, and can switch back to OpenTripPlanner in Settings.- Search progressively refreshes map markers without dropping existing results; clusters and keyboard interaction remain legible with reduced-motion preferences.
Fixed
- Progressive search updates keep existing markers visible while the cluster index refreshes, reuse nearby clusters, and show a soft loading halo without fading counts or points. Reduced-motion preferences use a static ring.
