Some bug fixes.
- There was a major problem when uploading to OFF without an account - it didn't work.
- The energy (calories/kilojoule) value has been removed from the diary pie chart
- The default display order of nutriments has been changed for new installs
- Food editor notes field should now be hidden in the upload form and there is also a Setting to hide it everywhere.
