• Add correct versions to Android app to help with repeated installations/upgrades
• Fix bug around navigating to initial list on fresh app start
• Fix bug in fresh install on app that would not show login screen but an error instead
• Add other scenarios with ability to "relogin" and change the api server url, username, etc.
• Fix additional re-renders around login form (performance)
