Fixed

• Linux/Wayland: local copies now detected on modern compositors.
  Enabled arboard's wayland-data-control feature so the client uses a
  native Wayland clipboard backend (via wl-clipboard-rs ≥ 0.9.2, which
  supports ext-data-control-v1) instead of falling back to X11/XWayland.
  Previously, text/images copied in native Wayland apps were never picked
  up and published on compositors that expose only ext-data-control-v1
  and not the older wlr-data-control-unstable-v1 — e.g. current KDE
  Plasma 6 — so sync worked one way (remote → local) but not the other
  (local → remote). (#7)
