This is a one-way migration. The DELETE on weight rows (only Health Events, not Weight Logs) and the DROP COLUMN are not reversible. Backfilled reminders carry no foreign key back to their source health event, so an automated rollback would have to match by companion_id + title + due_at and is fragile. Recommend a DB backup before applying 0011 in production.
