- use copy as failback for db backup, since it doesn't require copying attributes and is less likely to fail

- use bytes for windows length calculation, since windows seems to give emojis more slots in stated limits
- improve binary search for finding location of longest possible string, before bytes limits is reached

- fix bug where all user names where scanned if individual scanner was not hit
