About this release
Dash Core 23.1.10 is the next patch version of the Dash Core 23.1.x series. It fixes a governance issue that could stop a superblock from paying any proposals, and hardens DKG and BLS signature verification against misbehaving quorum members and peers.
This release is required for masternodes and strongly recommended for all other nodes. Masternode operators should upgrade before the next superblock. None of the fixes affect consensus rules or put funds at risk.
