This release cleans up routine logging so normal Homebridge logs stay focused on startup, important platform events, and explicit user-driven changes.

• Added a clear startup completion message after Cync cloud discovery and accessory setup finish.
• The completion message includes mesh, device, and accessory counts to make restarts easier to verify.

Changed

• Downgraded routine HomeKit On.get state reads from info to debug.
• Downgraded routine Cync TCP mesh-state request packet logs from info to debug.
• User-initiated HomeKit changes, startup logs, warnings, and errors remain visible at their existing levels.
