What changed

This patch improves LAN reliability and startup state handling for Cync devices.

Fixes

• Query mesh state after TCP login so HomeKit can refresh accessory state on startup/reconnect. (#16)
• Query mesh state again after LAN topology is applied, covering cases where topology arrives after the TCP socket is already connected. (#16)
• Parse paginated mesh-state responses into existing LAN device updates. (#16)
• Reduce noisy 0x78 ACK warnings for normal mesh/query traffic. (#16)
• Add preventative TCP recovery handling for cases where LAN command traffic becomes stale.
