Highlights

• New Cync Lightbulb accessory implementation with LAN-backed On/Off, dimming, and color.
• Accessory Information now shows real device metadata (model, serial, firmware) from your Cync account.

Cync lights

• Discover and expose color-capable Cync devices as HomeKit Lightbulb accessories.
• Implemented On, Brightness, Hue, and Saturation using the Cync LAN TCP transport.
• Per-accessory state is cached in the accessory context so HomeKit reads reflect the last known LAN state.
• When a device previously exposed as a Switch is now treated as a Lightbulb, any stale Switch service is removed before configuring the light, and the accessory category is set to LIGHTBULB.

Accessory metadata

• Accessory Information is now populated directly from Cync cloud data:
  • Manufacturer → GE Lighting.
  • Model → derived from the device’s display name and device type (for example, Downlight (Type 46)).
  • SerialNumber → Wi-Fi MAC, MAC, or device ID.
  • FirmwareRevision → firmware version string reported by Cync.
