• Added optional isExternal parameter to Analytics.fake to allow overriding the build configuration during testing.
• Dropped dependency on package:platform in favor of dart:io.
• Made sending an event append to the log file instead of reading it and, once full, rewriting it; the log is now trimmed only when it passes 4 MiB. This cuts the synchronous cost of send with a full log from about 16 ms to under 1 ms.
• Analytics instances no longer send any events, including from setTelemetry, when DASH__SUPPRESS_ANALYTICS is true.
• Added optional environment parameter to Analytics.fake; it defaults to empty, so tests ignore DASH__SUPPRESS_ANALYTICS in the real environment.
• Added Event.migrateEvent to track events from dart migrate.
