• Test classes and suites with names are now registered with package:tests
  group() function to produce a hierarchy of groups/tests rather than a flat
  set of tests with concatenated names. This may improve the display of tests
  in IDEs test explorers.
• Add currentTestIsExpectedToFail to allow test helpers to detect when the
  currently running reflective test is marked as expected to fail.
