Fix MagSafe "no Power Delivery" wording

Fixes

• Don't claim "no Power Delivery" on MagSafe ports. A regression from v0.7.0: a charging MagSafe port could show "This port can't read cable details (USB-only port, no Power Delivery)" right next to "Charging well at 100W". MagSafe negotiates Power Delivery over its own pins, not the CC line that the new check looked for. The cable-details bullet is now suppressed on MagSafe entirely, since the cable is part of the brick and isn't user-swappable anyway.
