What's new in v0.3.1

• Port ordering — ports with an active connection now sort before empty ports, so cables and devices you care about are always at the top of the popover.
• Bug fix: app version display — the popover footer and About panel now show the correct version (was showing 0.2.1 even on v0.3.0 due to a hard-coded constant). Single source of truth is now the bundle's Info.plist.

Install

Download WhatCable.zip, unzip, and drag WhatCable.app to /Applications. Notarised by Apple — no Gatekeeper warnings.

Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
