Italian and Armenian translations, i18n overhaul

What's new

  • Italian translation. Full coverage of the menu bar app and diagnostic engine. Thanks to @bovirus for the translation (PR #114).

  • Armenian translation. Full coverage of the menu bar app UI. Thanks to @Vardan933 for the translation (PR #107).

  • i18n migrated from .xcstrings to .lproj/.strings. The single-JSON-per-module format made contributor translations hard to diff and review. Each language now lives in its own Localizable.strings file, one per module, which is easier to edit and less likely to produce merge conflicts. Thanks to @IonBazan for driving this migration (PR #118).

  • Live language switching in Settings. The language picker now includes Italian and Armenian alongside English, Polish, and Simplified Chinese.

  • 59 obsolete USB-IF vendor IDs added. Vendors that USB-IF has marked as obsolete are now included in the bundled database. Cables from these vendors previously showed "Unregistered / unknown" and tripped a trust-signal flag; they now get their correct name.
