• Starting the app is faster on consoles that unlock through Lapy: it sends its helper straight to the ELF loader instead of first waiting about 2.5 seconds for a resident service.
• The command server of etaHEN and LegacyJB is asked before the request file, so consoles that answer there unlock sooner, and a console that answers nowhere gives up after 1.5 seconds instead of repeating the request.
• The Lapy helper is built with Payload SDK v0.45 from the pinned fork.
