• The game menu now opens with Touchpad + R3 by default (the Touchpad alone no longer works as the menu button, so it can't clash with Select).
• New setting, Game menu hold time: Immediate, 0.5 seconds (default) or 1 second. The on-screen hint says Press instead of Hold when it is Immediate.
• The core is up to date with its latest changes: safer save states (invalid ones are rejected), the CD tray and the selected disc are kept in save states, and M3U playlists stay loadable.
• Vulkan: the device is created through the frontend, with a single queue when there is no surface.
