• New Manual crop option (Settings > Display, under Aspect ratio): it ignores the crop mode and draws the whole picture, and in the preview you set its area yourself. Up/Down stretch or narrow the picture vertically, Left/Right horizontally, and R1 with the directions moves it. Square goes back to the original area, and turning it off restores everything as it was.
• A panel in the preview explains the controls and shows the current size and position.
• The preview hint reads "Preview with manual crop" while the option is on.
• Crop Mode now defaults to Overscan, the fixed area, instead of the one that follows the picture.
