Improvements since v1.000.115
- Lapy elevation is back to how it worked in v1.000.112: a resident Lapy service gets the first chance to claim the request, and the helper is sent to the ELF loader only after that.
- The HEN request files are tried first again, and etaHEN's command server is asked after them.
- The Lapy helper is built with PS5 Payload SDK v0.42 again.
- This undoes the elevation changes of v1.000.113, which stopped some consoles from getting write access ("This console didn't grant permission to write", issue #62).
