Keep each program with the libraries next to it (mkpfs_zlib, and Skia/HarfBuzz for the desktop
app). On macOS the desktop app is MkPFS.CSharp.app; it is not notarized, so open it the first time
with right-click > Open. Verify downloads with SHA256SUMS.txt.
