This release makes collection tracking more complete, gives you new ways to bring activity in and send it to other services, and makes browsing your media history easier.
- Edit and track your collections more completely — Edit collection entries from the Collection tab, scan manga and comic barcodes, set collection dates, prices, and currency, and keep paged collection results intact.
- Connect more of your tracking activity — Send plays, statuses, and ratings to WeTrakr, sync manga to MyAnimeList, and bring saved titles and playback progress in from NuvioTV.
- Import more of your library — Import CLZ XML exports, including wishlist choices, and bring reading-time tracking into Check-in for books, comics, and manga.
- See progress and dates at a glance — Open season and episode breakdowns from progress cards, see dates on History cards, and get clearer episode names in activity feeds.
- Keep history and imports dependable — Recurring imports no longer erase History or Statistics; older Trakt watches and imported play dates are handled more consistently.
- Browse with clearer details and language — Choose a metadata language for episode pages, use the new Italian interface translation, and get more responsive Discover results.
- Get more reliable syncing and setup — Floppy handles database write contention and metadata retries more gracefully, while dependency and migration checks strengthen upgrades.
- Make collection API updates safer — Collection updates preserve fields you did not change and can record media details and collection dates consistently. Thanks to @zotabee for these API improvements.
- Track films and episodes with more accurate playback state — NuvioTV can report film progress, manual watched marks avoid accidental rewatches, and Trakt import preserves completed-season dates.
- Scan, sort, and discover with fewer interruptions — Barcode search for manga and comics, faster Discover behavior, and clearer currency display round out everyday improvements.

Installing & Updating
The canonical Docker image for Floppy is:
ghcr.io/dannyvfilms/floppy:latest
Existing Floppy installations using the legacy ghcr.io/dannyvfilms/yamtrack:latest image can move to the new image path, which continues to receive updates during the transition.
Coming from upstream Yamtrack? Please use the supported CSV import process rather than replacing your Yamtrack container image directly. Database migrations may not be reversible, so preserve your original database and test Floppy separately before migrating.

Floppy is a free, open-source media tracker that started as something I wanted to use myself. It's grown into something much bigger thanks to the people using it, sharing ideas, reporting bugs, and contributing improvements.
My goal is to build something genuinely useful for everyone while keeping the entire application free, without paid features, premium editions, or surprise subscriptions.
Floppy is independently maintained, uses AI-assisted development tools, and builds on the original work of Yamtrack and its contributors.
