• Fix --dry-run -p create_coding_feature overwriting README.md and creating src/main.c from the example in the pattern; the dry run now prints the full request and changes no files.
• Fix --dry-run --session saving the fake reply to the session, where the next real request sent it to the model; a dry run no longer creates or changes a session file.
• New helper function captureStdout(t, fn) []byte to refactor common test pattern.
