PR #2266 by jayervilha: fix: remove zero-width spaces and BOMs from write_nuclei_template_rule pattern
- Removed 53 zero-width spaces (U+200B) and 5 byte order marks (U+FEFF) from the
write_nuclei_template_rulepattern; no other content changed. - Restored 10 code fences that a leading zero-width space had stopped CommonMark from recognising.
