- Added an Arabic localization file covering application options and commands.
- Expanded Bahrain Arabic translations across the CLI, setup flow, and error messages.
- Added Saudi Arabic translations that match the Bahrain locale coverage.
- Removed generic Arabic translations in favor of a regional fallback strategy, with tests for locale candidate resolution and the default Bahrain fallback order.
- Refactored the code structure for improved readability and maintainability.
