• Added a new --print-prompt flag that renders the composed chat messages and exits without calling a model.
• Reused the shared message formatting logic so dry-run and prompt export produce consistent output.
• Added validation, documentation, and tests for the new prompt export mode.
• Rejected --print-prompt when combined with --workflow, returning an error consistent with --dry-run and --output-session.
• Translated the --print-prompt help text and error messages across all 11 non-English locales.
• Changed the --dry-run role headers from lowercase (user:, assistant:) to capitalized (User:, Assistant:) to match the prompt export format.
