• Fixed SSE streaming behavior by correcting chat SSE headers and suppressing completion events after errors.
• Prevented canceled chat requests from blocking stream update delivery.
• Upgraded the OpenAI SDK to v3.71.1 and refreshed dependency manifests.
• Restored Azure deployment routing through native SDK endpoint configuration. Chat Completions use deployment-scoped paths; Responses use /openai/responses with the deployment name in the model field. Azure endpoints must use HTTPS, and credentials do not follow cross-origin redirects.
• Improved error handling by preserving provider error details, surfacing Claude scanner failures, and keeping streaming Ollama error responses labeled with NDJSON headers.
