Added locale-aware deadline date formatting so %a/%b tokens in DateFormatDeadlineHumanReadable render by resolved dialog language (de, fr, fallback en).
Resolved dialog language before DDM deadline parsing so human-readable deadline strings are consistent across standard, padded past-due, and demo-mode flows.
Preserved existing localization profile keys and fallback behavior (no new production dependencies, no new date-format keys).
Merged main (2.6.0) into 3.0.0 with manual conflict resolution and regression-focused validation.
Preserved 2.6.0 runtime behavior (post-deadline restart workflow, KB support-assistance controls, deadline/infobox urgency highlighting).
Integrated FR-25 localization across runtime/config generation (LanguageOverride, localized key families, and localized infobox labels).
Added localization parity for 2.6.0-only text paths (deadline-enforcement sentence, support-assistance text, and restart-mode dialog copy).
Updated Resources/createPlist.zsh and Resources/sample.plist to include both restart-policy keys and localization key families.
Regenerated release artifacts from the merged source.
