HaCasa Nova 3.0.5: update notice

✨ New

• Update notice in the panel. When a new HaCasa Nova is out, administrators see it in the notification row on the home page: HaCasa Nova x.y.z · update available. Tap it to read what's new and install it right away (Home Assistant's update dialog, via HACS).
• Installed without HACS? The panel checks GitHub for a new release, at most twice a day.
• Don't want the notice? Turn it off under Panel settings → General → Check for updates.
• Lines in the notification row can now be tapped when they lead somewhere.

🛠 For developers

• npm run deploy:dev builds a dev variant that runs next to the HACS install in your own Home Assistant, with its own panel, card and settings. See the development guide.
