- [IMPROVEMENT] Live per-file processing indicators — files currently being processed by background jobs (thumbnail generation, image-dimension extraction) show a spinner in the file list and tree in real time, streamed over a single per-workspace channel that sends only what changed. Backed by a new queue mechanism that tracks exactly which files each job touches, so the indicators stay accurate across reloads and for every user viewing the workspace
- [IMPROVEMENT] Queue jobs now carry their workspace, and batch progress is computed from lightweight counts — bulk operations report progress faster and with less database work
- [IMPROVEMENT] Thumbnails generated in the background are now attributed to the file's uploader — including box visitors — instead of requiring a signed-in user, which is what makes generation on upload possible
- [IMPROVEMENT] UI performance — smoother scrolling in large tree views and cheaper marquee animation of truncated file names
- [FIX] Refreshing the browser on the workspace settings page no longer hides the ffmpeg-dependent sections (image dimensions, thumbnails) — the capability flags are now loaded when the workspace opens, not only when the file explorer does
