Font bundle v4 (build input)

Build input, not a browser download. Nothing here is meant to be installed.

fonts-bundle-v4.tar.xz is the font bundle the build stages into every package
(1532 files). scripts/data/font-bundle.json pins the asset name, size and
sha256, and scripts/fetch-fonts.py verifies it, so a truncated or substituted
download fails loudly.

Changes since v1 (v2 and v3 were never published):

• Added Windows faces measured on stock Windows 11: Cascadia Code / Cascadia Mono
  (Windows copies), Dubai Light / Medium, Franklin Gothic Medium Cond,
  Lucida Sans (4 faces), SimSun-ExtG.
• Wingdings, Wingdings 2/3, Symbol, Webdings and Arial Rounded MT Bold now serve
  Windows identities as well as macOS (same bytes on both).
• The Linux/macOS Cascadia copies no longer serve Windows identities.
• 000_README.txt and cleanfonts.sh are no longer in the archive; see docs/FONTS.md.

No Adobe fonts: Adobe permits no redistribution, and they were removed in v1.
