Summary

This release mainly fixes regressions from the workflow page UI refactor:

• The Workflow and YAML panels now live in a right column that keeps its state. Clicked steps and triggers open in a temporary tab, so the graph no longer moves and the YAML panel no longer closes on its own.
• The editor no longer shows an unsaved draft before you restore it, and the workflow overlay asks before it closes with unsaved changes.
• Switching rows in the workflow overlay no longer reloads the page, and the graph, the YAML editor and the Activity panel load without jumping.
