Maintenance release v.0.5.3 including following updates:
- Bug with escaping of special characters for passphrase fixed.
- Bug with adding IP-forwarding configuration into sysctl.conf fixed.
- More verbose added to startup log.
- docker-compose.yml updated to include OpenVPN-UI container by default.
- All DockerHub images rebuild with the latest Alpine 3.19 release update
