Added youtube music video support. No playlists. This might not work always.

Added download simulation for testing. With this feature download of the full song will be skipped, instead, a few kb of data will be used. This is very useful for finding errors in large playlists without spending more time and bandwith.

Colorized fallback track. When a track will use fallback, there will be a yellow color text in front to easily identify.
