Keep Up to Date
Trust now offers an installer to help you easily install and update to newer versions of Trust! Find out how to get started here.
What's Changed
This update introduces significant improvements to targeting, casting and following as well as adds new conditions and several critical bug fixes. Check out the previous releases for a list of other features that have recently been added.
Following
Have you ever had a spell interrupted because you were following a party member? In this update, your Trust will attempt to stop moving before casting.
- Following will now be disabled temporarily when casting a spell (including songs).
- If moving, the Trust will first stop for 0.5 seconds before casting.
Targeting
Auto target allows you to automatically target mobs that your party is fighting after you defeat your current target. In this update, the targeting delay and reliability of targeting has been drastically improved, significantly increasing kill speed when pulling large groups of mobs in zones like Sheol C where you want party members to all target different enemies. Try setting AutoTargetMode to Auto and enabling Retry Auto Target under Settings → Targeting and see what you can do! Note: auto target will only target and engage an enemy, but will not claim it. However, if you position your characters strategically they will claim it with auto attacks!
- Randomization has been added to target selection to reduce the chances of targeting the same enemy as a party member.
- Retry Auto Target has been added under Settings → Targeting to force your Trust to find a new target if 1) it fails to find a target or 2) is idle when
AutoTargetModeis enabled. - Fixed issue where targeting a new enemy would sometimes fail, causing the Trust to sheath its weapons.
Sleeping
Did you know your Trust can automatically put enemies to sleep? In this update, several improvements have been made to made to Sleeper to more reliably sleep large groups of mobs.
- Black Mage and Bard will now use Sleepga and Horde Lullaby when there are >= 3 mobs within 15 yalms that are aggressive to the party and not already being targeted by party members.
- Cooldown for checking nearby mobs has been reduced from 8 seconds to 2 seconds.
- Fixed issue where sleep was not properly tracked on targets where Sleepga and Horde Lullaby had no effect.
Conditions
Several new conditions have been added that can be used in any Conditions menu.
- Has cumulative magic effect enables you to check the level of a cumulative magic effect present on an enemy (from spells like Stoneja or Comet).
- Is alter ego enables you to check whether a target is an alter ego.
- Status is X enables you to check whether a player or ally is Idle, Engaged, Dead and more (and optionally for a specified duration).
- Target is unclaimed enables you to check whether an enemy target is unclaimed.
UI
Several improvements have been made to the UI.
- Description text has been added for buffs and debuffs that indicates which buff/debuff is gained.
