Resume where I left off, when on(off by default), remembers exactly where you
are at in the app when you close it. In a video, back to the video and at the
same timestamp. Looking at a certain preview image in a feed, pixel perfect
return to that position in the feed. Looking at a certain post in a subreddit,
back to that position in that subreddit.
