TLDR: The Settings screen has be restructure in relation to the per-account settings.
Most settings are now per account. Settings is broken into "This Account" and "All Accounts" sections to be able to tell the per account settings from the global settings.
Layout choices and the bottom bar settings now are per account.
New accounts get default settings. Existing accounts get a copy of the existing settings.
There is a new screen in Settings, "Account Settings Management". It has options to "Copy Settings from Another Account" and "Reset This Account's Settings".
Miscellaneous is in the "This Account" section of Settings, but the settings that stayed global where added to the new Device screen in Settings.
Themes are global, but theme choice is per account.
"Backup and Restore" got broken out of Advanced as their own screen in Settings
Backups and restores still include everything, including all accounts, as it was before.
"Forever Disable NSFW Content" has been removed. It was a useless setting given how easily it could be bypassed.
Advanced in Settings became "Global Settings Management"
"Crash Reports" was moved to the bottom of Setnow tings under Debug.
