RUN_ON_START (#23)
New optional RUN_ON_START environment variable, contributed by @J3n50m4t. When set to "true", one conversion cycle runs immediately at container startup before continuing with the regular CRON_SETTING schedule — no more waiting for the next cron tick. Useful for testing and debugging.
Off by default — nothing changes for existing setups.
