Improvements
Book titles in the failure persist file (#17)
failures.json (FAILURE_PERSIST_PATH) now records the book title along with the failure count, so problem books are easy to find in Audiobookshelf:

}Files written by older versions (plain counts) keep working and are upgraded automatically as new failures are recorded.
