Bitrate verification after conversion (#17)

Success is still determined by the item's file state (a multi-file book becoming a single .m4b), but the result is now also verified against the requested bitrate:

• After a successful conversion the resulting bitrate is compared to the requested one, with a 10% tolerance (encoders never hit the target exactly)
• On mismatch, a warning is written to the container log:
  WARNING: "My Audiobook" was encoded at 200k but 64k was requested
• Each conversion log entry (CONVERSION_LOG_PATH) now includes a bitrateMatched field (true/false, or null if it could not be determined)
