v1.4.0 — Bug Fix: Slot Under-utilization
Fix
When active conversions were running, the library query fetched too few items to fill all available slots. Books already being converted still appear in the multi-file results and get
skipped — but the fetch limit didn't account for them, leaving slots unused even when more books were waiting.
Example: 10 max slots, 3 active conversions → 7 slots available. The script fetched 7 items, skipped the 3 already converting, and only started 4 new conversions instead of 7.
This is now corrected. The fetch limit accounts for actively converting and failure-blocked books so all available slots are filled every cycle.
